Well that explains a lot.
While the cash is handy no doubt, is this raising at no discount, more about those wanting to tighten their grip on this company.
Me thinks that there may be some who will be quite happy for us hoi polloi not to take up our full entitlement. Hence the lack of discount.
As alluded to in my earlier post of todays date, (uncanny is
it not ), this company is already very tightly held. After this issue I suspect that it will be even more so.
