I basically agree with what you have outlined. They are certainly not interested in rewarding retail holders with this issue. I certainly won't be taking it up.
I am also disappointed that they had previously stated that they had adequate levels of capital, and now state that a share issue is necessary.
Their communication to stakeholders is dismal. How hard would it be to give an update on the drilling at Maari?
This co has obvious potential, with projects comming on stream in the next 12 months that will substantially increase revenue.
However I am seriously considering taking my 25% profit, and putting my money elsewhere.
