Not particuarly pleased about the raising either. It is mainly the dilution of future EPS that I dislike, when I suspect that they could perhaps have scraped through without the extra cash. But there is good and bad in this. While Cue gets critisized for there lack of announcements, it is just their style really, always been the same.
And as has been previously pointed out ther is sometime to be admired about this business as usual approach.
As for the raising at least it is fair. I am personally glad it is not at a discount. There could have been a placement at a discount which is what often happens. Then we would really have something to complain about. We all get a fair lick at this. All shareholders are being treated equally. I suspect though that some will be wishing that there is a large shortfall and that may be partly why there is no discount. Further it could be that this share may be being capped to encourage the small shareholder not to take up his entitlement. I will bet my last dollar that all shares will be placed though. This stock will run after this placement. My advice is to buy at 14.5 and/or take up your entitlement.
Either way just back up the truck.
