Olly the question you ask is not the difference but the clarification of the KIK trading holt. The wording is quite specific viz 'equity raising'. My limited knowledge is that raising equity is akin to selling – it is in fact a partial sale or sell down by existing owners, which is exactly what the Focus deal was/is all about. In plain speak that is what a jvp deal delivers $$$ for a share of the asset. None of us can be sure about what is to unfold. Like all KIK holders one has to have faith in why we invested in this company. Do know what I like about this stock??? Have a look at the asset potential and do you see how many mouths there are to feed??? Yes indeed a whole lot less that our billion plus buddies. Olly what drew you to KIK?
