Request for trading halt Transol Corporation Limited (ASX: TNC, TNCOA) requests a trading halt of its securities from ASX.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:
1. The reason for the trading halt is that the Company intends to make an announcement regarding a joint venture on several of its existing gold and base metal projects within Cambodia.
2. The Company requests that the trading halt continue until the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 is released to the market.
3. The event which will end the trading halt, is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1.
4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
