ght - i thought a bit harder. Would appear to be NO CHANCE of Kennedy and friedman stepping up for another capital raising. Those guys already have a fixed and floating charge from the convertible note raising (along with other C NOTE investors). Therefore, they will be first ranking if this thing topples over.

As for whispers - As posted earlier it is ALL about China. This looks like a genuine opportunity for Truscreen, but as of a number of months ago there had not been a cracker of real, hard $$$ come in. I don't know whether this has now changed.
