it reads like they are trying to get capital raising, but can't.
Usually if cap raise is successful, or has support, they will state it as "halt on capital raising" or something like that.
'Adequacy of funding' just sounds....mmmm....so wrong.
Looks like they have a bit of trouble getting the funding required.
