skitz, I'm still not convinced this is to pay down debt. If they dilute the company by 30% , at 30cents this will raise about 15mil$. would lowering the debt from 55mil% to 40$mil have that much of an impact. I'm not sure.
What about raising money for an aggressive drilling campaign? Or my thinking is a opportunity to buy something cheap. Anyway, they would have the vote of confidence from whoever is going to subscribe for any of the obove.
