TXN. The only thing I know is their operations in the gulf coast of Texas and are Australian based. AMU would know them well. Seems too much of a coincidence to me.
I note the announcement said "at the completion of investor presentations". Now ongoing. I'm more inclined to think this is a cap raising for an aquisition. It seems quite rushed and we didn't want a cap raising at such a low sp. But maybe an opportunity has arisen out of the blue. A jv with TXN maybe? Big question now, for how much and who is subscribing?
