As much as I hate being diluted at least the equity is going to a strong, aligned and long term partner. There will be no dribble of newly issued shares into the market to increase liquidity, shares will remain tightly held. Anyone who wants in is going to have to get them from what's currently available and that will benefit those that already hold.
A relationship such as this may even to open up more opportunities, no doubt they have a legion of experts and contacts for every situation.
