    I thought everyone missed it. Results have been good and the latest lot of Phase III trials were recruited very fast. Filing was due mid-2010.

    A "potential significant corporate transaction".

    US$17.7 at June 30 seems enough for their current needs. But perhaps they are after a top up just in case.

    I don't know if they have enough funds to get into new deals.

    Perhaps also a some deal concerning PEP005?
