CK.. Im thinkin under 4c

depending on what else they have to announce & how much they wanna raise...

usually Cap raising is at a discount to trade price for the last wk (if sp has held up) or last few wks

they will have to mention s'thin about the Court case as it hasnt been mentioned in ANN yet & this is a SIGNIFICANT event which may impact share pr / Co activities etc etc

Obviously, if they have positive news abt Mt M agreement then 4c is not difficult, but I still think in the 3c range is more appropriate esp. if they want it all taken up.

On bad or NO News on Mt M, they may have to go below 3c esp if they wanna Raise Multi mill amts, which they shd have done back in Apr/May
