I like this point: After capital raising, the company will have zero debt and over $50m of cash.

This will eliminate the debt financing risk. So the only risks we are left with is operational risk, if management are bad, there will be large operational issues.

Now, they need to ramp up production and achieve efficiency through achieving lower costs of production in order to succeed.

A company like FML, SLR, and NQM are good small gold producers who have all achieved profitability this year.
