During July and August 2009, AFR completed a private placement of 80,258,000 ordinary shares to institutional
and sophisticated investors, raising AUD$4,000,000 before costs. The capital raising had the effect of diluting
the Company’s interest in AFR from 60.3% to 41.3%.
