Hey Sigs,
At this point I may draw on a well known quote "oh, what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive"!
What are you on about h8tey you damn fool I hear them crow? Hi LD ;-)
List of Top Holders ranked highest to lowest from the 15/02 which was prior to the original note issue & Patras comes on to the register with 30 mil
Now the fact that 40mil shares were issued as security on the 04/03/2024 would seem to indicate they let 10mil go straight away & the fact they only had 19mil left on the 07/05/2024 means they've seemingly offloaded near 36mil during that period in total before the next tranche of 27mil were issued as security for the second note on the 30th of Apr just in time for the party.
Prior to the 1st of March the av daily vol was 1'746'349 over a 189 day period.. Volume from 1st Mar till 3 June (64 days) was 271'683'234 on av daily vol of 4'245'051..
However as we can see from the 30th of April and for the next 25 days it hit 7'869'349 av per day as they really went after it and that coincides with the announcement about the ARB award which wiped 28% of the value off in a day with a bit over 23m soi go through the gate.
Chart with Trendline 01 Mar to 03 Jun.
Now I can't seem to tell the diff between them but there were 55'000'000 shares supposedly issued as collateral to the first note on 4/3 & 17/4 whilst the rest were issued pursuant to the second note, of which 27'000'000 were seemingly marked as security?. The curiosity is that the SP remained fairly stable at 0.2c during the period of the first note, despite selling and only really went free diving post 30 Apr.
Whether the 55' + 27mil were all supposed to not be traded or what is hard to tell, but the catalyst seems to be the ARB decision which first rocked the boat before greed and opportunity took over.
So there is your first catalyst, ARB news, after which it does appear that Patras have been issued or converted 137'000'000 of the 133'333'334 notes drawn down, and still retain 20'837'496 shares as per their rank 9 position. Which means they have let go 116'162'504 shares at some point between the 19th of March and the 1st of June.. Noting that the sheet above only shows holdings on the day and not the total transactions during that period. So yeah they do appear to have offloaded heavily with the other top hitters picking up the offerings of 104'648'101 shares between them in the process. The rest we might assume went to blokes like ol h8tey who just loves a kickin at times.. ? hehe
TBH I don't know how accurate all this is as I've just cobbled it together so please take it with a grain of salt and DYOR.. gltah 8tey
