There's been no promotion of Sezzle in the US yet as far as I can see, at least publicly anyway, so no need to mess about doing splits imo. Also I'm not sure making the float more attractive to retail is the right thing to do at the mo, or ever tbh. Plenty of chances for retail to buy or sell overnight according to the market depth I saw.

I'm guessing we get August results later this week and if they're good, the company might use those as a catalyst to kick things off. If not so good then maybe we'll have to wait another month.

For those interested, @success47 @lj12021 @Iced Earth plus anyone else.... my transfer of Sezzle Common Stock is showing in my IBKR account and available to trade on the nasdaq. It was actually available yesterday, I just didn't realise. Seems linking DRS shares to a broker is fast as. I can't see that I've been charged a fee for it either.
