Steve,
It appears that their marketing / sell / implementation / connection into customers systems and of course massive testing, is a very long cycle. You could imagine the length of time to do this for say Amazon (as customer) as a test installation. Then there will be some reluctance until confidence is built.
My guess is from initial marketing pitch to completion of the installation and Certificate of Completion under an intial trial contract .
Then the new New ongoing Licence Agreement for usage going forward This will be followed by the invoice, then delayed payment.
This could be a likely 12- 18 months but I am thinking, could occasionally take up to 24 months.
So while they (3DP) has a great system, able to save a lot on money, building ongoing revenues will take time.
Just my humble thoughts.
