I don't think it would be a good use of RAC's limited cash to do a buyback of BG's shares. I'd much rather management use our cash resources to advance the research and clinical trials as that's how the 'outsized commercial returns' are more likely to be realised.
If there is a sensible equity placement to CoH in exchange for their research, expertise, brand name, etc I trust the BoD to do that in our best interests. It would certainly be a big headline !
