First of all, IMO its pretty bloody obvious that accumulation is taking place (a bit too obvious to me which prolly means they are amateurs but none the less). Second of all if the directors are having a panic attack about people accumulating/manipulating the stock then they too are amateurs because at the end of the day this is gonna get pumped up to a much higher level, holders can collect some profit and the company can raise cash at a higher level with less dilution, so imo its good for everyone...
