Yep and so it’s all well and good to say we can hit these ”undruggable” targets in the lab but what does it do to the drug when it gets there ? and what does the drug to the body ? Also curious with the escape as it was much lauded the endosomal escape but seems less talked about now ? Is it still getting out once its got in with hitting these new targets ?
PK/PD (or lack of) is just something you will find has burnt big pharma and cost them too many times on big deals when they’ve moved early - i think a little wiser now ?
Even our dear friend bioexec said he doubts pharma will deal anything meaningfull without it.
