As I understand it from the investor call, with the recent addition of new peptide libraries, the bias for cell penetration in the libraries has moved from round 37% to now be 93%. So they are now enriched for the specific purpose of cell penetration.
PYC have developed assays for screening the libraries that will now be handed over to contract research organizations that will screen the libraries in a much higher through-put format than PYC can achieve.
