I thought today was a very good intro by Rohan. I haven’t been a fan of the latest management changes, apart from anything else we have had too many. But, today Rohan outlined the thinking about the strategy and aligning to customer needs. For some time I have been asking the CEO’s what feedback they are getting from Pharma - are we on track, have we got what you need etc. And the responses so far have been about NDA’s. Well today was better than that and discussed the alignment of libraries to the customer needs and subsequent commercialisation. I enjoyed the discussion - probably no wiser about timeframes but a lot happier around alignment of the business.
