Seriously tho' I have no idea what the DA abbreviation means. It certainly confused the COMMSEC charting methods. According to them I made a $100K profit overnight! Seems I will have to do some manual editing.
Also on the COMMSEC website if you attempt to look up your trading history for TLS over the last 10 - 20 years you will have no success because the TLS code is no longer listed on the ASX !! It is a pretty dumb website sorry to say.
Regular traders will have to look up their confirmation history for ALL trades and search through many pages of trades just to find the TLS trades. They will then have to set up their own spreadsheet for TLS trades in order to calculate CGT etc.
This problem has occurred several times in my case. For example the company that became Unitab when the Qld TAB privatised has undergone 3 mergers and 1 demerger with code changes every .time. CGT calculations are a nightmare!
