As I said - it's to get them over the line with the mining license app. Once that's approved they will be in a position to seek funding from other sources.
One of the main reasons for having to revisit a C/R is the delays caused to the project, by having recent elections in both Greenland and Denmark and as a result, changes to both Governments. As we all know; politics has been the biggest hurdle in bringing this mining project to fruition.
I'm still in it for the long haul - risk/reward!$$$
