I agree with Peter in that it's probably the profit guidance. Next Byte hasn't contributed either much profit or big losses for some time. By way of disclosure, I was one of the owners of Next Byte prior to VTG buying it. I have theories as to why it didn't go better for them but I have to be a tad careful about what I say.
