In Dec last year Maxine Horne's shareholding reduced by 12m shares pursuant to a court order. In the same announcement David McMahon ceased to be an associate, he was listed as 'former spouse'.
A separate announcement was then lodged by David McMahon as a notice of initial substantial holder where he disclosed an interest of 12m shares.
Today in the course of sales the exact holding size went through as a crossed trade at $1.95.

As for what it's worth, it's now trading at around 11x underlying guidance. I expect growth in FY17. I don't like to put a target on things as the information always changes but I think the current PE is too low
