I'm confused by the CEO's statement, seems highly inaccurate to me..
HRL was NOT a single site operation when the current Executive Director took after. The CEO in this update is really trying to pump up the story here by saying he took over a 'single siteHAZMAT operation in late 2014 to a multi-disciplined environmental service and laboratoryprovider with 14 sites spanning both Australia and New Zealand'
HRL was built off the back of OCTIEF - . Which before HRL came along had - 3 offices Mackay/Gold Coast & Darwin in 2 states, 3 x NATA laboratories for asbestos in soils /fibre count analysis and bulk ID, as well as an environmental/ Occ hygiene division. In addition to that the software (OCTFOLIO) was already tested and in use across 1200 sites for the utility sector in QLD as well as in use by the Department of Infrastructure in NT for the schools programs. Only growth I've seen in this company is through M&A.
I wouldn't be holding my breath for any fresh new ideas or major growth...
