At that time they were overpriced above NTA and appreciated appropriately by the market and paying franked dividends.
Now its a minnow paying out unfranked dividends. Being stupid with capital. Leveraging up the balance sheet with leases in a rising interest rate environment.
A smart management team would see the environment their in and adjust. Hold cash and do a share buyback.
A NTA of 30 cents and a sp of 12 cents. Indicates extreme pessimism by the market about the company and its current strategy.
