Yes...and no I think. I think industry tailwinds will prove very favourable to BOL over that timeframe but I also think the Board could provide returns far sooner to shareholders by reviewing things such as capital requirements. Their ROIC on new cranes is frankly appalling. Growing the business through increasing the fleet size is actually cruelling investors and has for some time. We need a breather on fleet expansion & increased utilization of the inventory carried....the assets need to be sweated harder at the expense of losing a few contracts that require fleet additions. They should not fear doing this. This seems to be lost on them. Every contract of course requires capital support from BOL. They arguably could do much better with how & to what quantum they deploy that capital because shareholders are not seeing any benefit in the way they currently run it
