I used to think that this was a somewhat reasonable stock in a strong market position (though too expensive when at its previous peak) after seeing off many competitors but now I am just not sure.
I just don't know what the catalyst is going to be to turn this around in the next couple of years at least given that its customers are generally right in the mortgage belt or renters and are currently being whacked monthly with interest rate increases and/or cost of living expenses.
Any thoughts?
