Just went back and looked at the payout ratios for 2022 and 2021 They were
Dec 2022 62.5% Dec 2021 79.4%
The estimated EPS will be down between 7.5% and 12.5% . Last years eps was .355c. Things might be rough for a while but so what thins change. The dec 22 share price was $3.92 and its now $2.94
I know nothing but the reaction appears to be overdone. Nibbled away numerous times today
