The Redhill capital raise during the Covid scramble in June 2020 was at $0.60 per share which is almost exactly where the equivalent of NXD is trading now.
Redhill capital raise @ $0.60 / 9.5 (ICT Takeover) and then * 5 (NXD share consolidation) = $0.315
