you were warned. These guys lost control of Redhill to Icollege, they were too conservative and now they are repeating the same mistakes. Add share consolidation, name change which were unnecessary. Now we have pre market reports 3 weeks before the HY? Why, seriously what’s the point? Again a waste of time. Theres been negligible share buy backs, partly because they are locked out, so why release a pre result report? Read the room?

This board needs to go, they have zero clues how to run the business, I can see how Icollege took them over, I hope and prey someone can do the same and get rid of these time wasters.

start the share buy back scheme aggressively the day after the HY
think about paying the shareholders a dividend, we deserve it after what you’ve done to the stock price recently
