No 'shonky operators' or 'dormant colleges' were shut down. All of the 150 were shelf companies, few if any had ever even traded. Of the 150, only 18 had CRICOS registration and none had active COEs.
Can allocation has nothing to do with whether you are a quality provider or not. It is only related to the percentage of international students to domestic, with the number set at minimum 20% domestic.
