Well there is one thing, they certainly know how to announce ordinary news, gives the reader only one outcome .
That is to not touch QHL for at least 6 months.
Keep it on watch. Unless in another quarter they can say something positive
Volume has been poor for months and not a great deal of interest.
Considering the amazing news of the big contract it has been down hill ever since !
