Most companies are critically short of staff, these guys have surplus staff in parts of their business, hard to understand how they have been managing their various departments until now.

I am even more curious about how QHL win business with global clients, when QHL, is so financially strapped. I mean if I’m producing fighter jets or needing my aircraft serviced, I want to make sure my contract partner (QHL) isn’t going to become bankrupt, and has a strong balance sheet and outlook, don’t I?

There must be something going for QHL, it’s just that QHL doesn’t seem to know how to promote it to the shareholders or the market in general.
