This was definitely one of the more entertaining threads I've visited. For the record.....always include escrow. This isn't Schrodingers shares, whereupon they do and don't exist. They do...that's it.

But key points for me upon quick glance;

- 5m~ Cash with minimal debt.
- New CEO (DD pending, looks reputable at face value).
- Exciting idea, perhaps just haphazard execution.
- After this heinous update, the business is still CFP (?)

I'd love to experience one of these stores but there's only 1 in SA, and it's being built out in the sticks. For those of you who have been, what were your main criticisms/points of interest? I believe there's definitely a market for this type of food but execution needs to be much better

Also trying to wrap my head around the location choice some of the other posters were alluding to. If these stores are stationed around more 'blue collared' areas then that's a bit of a red light IMO. I haven't met too many truckies/tradies that would prefer a Quinoa Salad over a Pie and Coke. Personally, I'd rather sell crack to crack-addict, over Ice to an Eskimo. But that's just me.
