Interesting. This is a tough one. I speculated and debated with a friend over the profitability of this franchise. If you take away the selling of properties there is a drop of about 60% in ebitda... So investors should be cautious of this. I may consider hopping in at around the 10c mark but right now the price is so speculative and difficult to fundamentally value this company. I suppose it is hard to have much faith in a so much overestimation in ebitda
