Agree with you.
I previously said that the fact management weren't buying shares on market was a sign that they didn't think the bottom was in yet.
Even though it is not their own personal funds, by considering a buyback at least it shows that management considers that the shares are starting to look undervalued.
If we see management also start to buy then that would be a positive sign.
