Firstly, they only mentioned a buyback. Nothing about dividends - and we know how protective they are with capital.
Secondly, they're unlikely to do a buyback and a special dividend. They would just use the cash for one.
And don't forget the potential for more acquisitions. Many companies in the industry have been beaten down, just like A2, and A2 could capitalise on this.
