Look at the previous CEO, went slap happy with aquisitions which all sound great but now the business is ladened with debt and struggling from integration issues. They need a ruthless COO to go in and conduct a strategic review of sites and operations to find efficiency's. They own an enormous network they just need the expertise and ruthlessness to make it profitable.
If they don't, they risk running the business into the ground where divestments are required and hostile offshore takeovers happen at a discount to intrinsic value.
Selling off the property portfolio is only a strategy for so long....
