All this yapping about sale - lease back. Theyre all doing it. Get over it...
woollies, westerners, take your pick...what's their business? Real estate or dairy etc?
Core vs non-core. If your operations don't provide greater margins than the returns from property then why bother doing business at all (ie back your business to generate higher and consistent returns than property, which you are no longer tied to...)
debt is the underlying issue...let's deleverage while improving our pathetic margins first...
