Anyone really believe the Gallin offer was actually legit? They took a stake at low low prices, then announced they wanted to buy the company at a price they would never get, which lit a fire under the share price, which puts them happily in the green. To me it certainly looks like they might have never even intended to try to takeover the company, but only to push the share price higher.
