My investigations reveal:
EBITDA FY16 Actual $19.7M
EBITDA FY17 New ONT forecast $21M
NPAT FY16 Actual $10.2M
NPAT FY17 Forecast $10.9M (my estimate)
Shares on issue 152M
Market cap at $1.90 = $289M
Forecast P/E = 26.6
High P/E for a business growing earnings at less than 10% per annum
Growth in dental centres is very strong though, a big foundation for the future.
ROE might drop below 205 this FY....?
I'm still keen on ONT, but would like a lower P/E entry.
