SDA fell to 68c and now it recovers back to $1.23. Who knows some funds will pump ARQ back up.
It is too risky for me to invest into these high debts companies. If ARQ manages to raise money to pay 50% or more of it's debt then I will spend 50% of my portfolio to this company.
