Its the Gance group (Warehouse/My Chemist). They've been working on it for about 2 years as far as I know. When you consider they'd have 25%+ of the pharmacy market currently and aiming for %? its not that big a stretch.
From a warehouse point of view how well does LOTS handle say group wide prescription price change for different sizes (last I heard the pharmacists had to look up pricing on their CWH intranet for multi packs)? How well does LOTS handle mobile app/SMS prescription requests? Once you get to a certain size you can probably justify making a system that suits your exact needs rather than try to shoehorn a jack of all trades system to sort of do what you want.
