Good spotting on Linkedin bullhead. I hope it is not a red flag though.

Looks like Paul has gone straight from Corum to his new position so that suggests to me a planned departure. His CV suggests he likes to move on periodically. He also states one of his achievements was setting up succession planning.

Paul has obviously been an important cog in Corum's strategy to modernise the IT platform and stabilise their position with some 2000 clients. Worth reading his profile in Linkedin.

We all hope that he moved on because he felt he had achieved what he was employed to do and now moved on for a new challenge and not because of disharmony with management. There is now an opportunity to bring in someone with new skills and innovation.

Linked in is certainly a very useful source of information that is not generally reported. Hopefully Corum will update us on any new appointment as the CIO position is such a key management position and probably market sensitive.
