I think it means the Govt just has to be seen to do something, but their addicted to the money same as everyone else.
Very Small one site sample, here in Brisvegas, very few pokie players only play one machine ! (Unless its packed, and thats good too)
And a lot are only feeding in a mustard coloured betting voucher one at a time. There is a track worn into the carpet at my local to the ATM machine
So the Govt reforms of $100 limit per machine, no problem
Slowing the machine down (2 or 3 machines at once) no problem
The only thing would be if you have to have a player card installed, but im sure you can get more than one of those, if your keen !!
