Its serving the same population basin as the current casino, and SGR only own 50% if it
the hotel and retails is a better story than the current setup - but the gaming side will continue to struggle (in my very humble opinion)
they did write down a massive amount too - call me skeptical - but I don’t think it was all tax related - the business was/is struggling with competition and exotic climate too
