They won't implement as planned.
Worst case it's a watered-down tax, best case it removed entirely.
if i was the Star, i would be arguing at a 2-3% tax increase across the entire NSW gaming industry, as opposed to just the Casinos themselves. That way the government get the money, and TSEG isn't the one holding all the increase.
I'd be amazed if that's not what TSEG are proposing.
